ElectroNMF-4+™ is the signature hydration complex of Esteem Skin Actives, used across the Ionic range. It combines biomimetic Natural Moisturizing Factor components with four electrolytes supplied as PCA salts: Sodium PCA, Potassium PCA, Magnesium PCA, and Zinc PCA.

The complex is designed to support the skin’s moisture balance. Each Ionic formula pairs this foundation with complementary ingredients selected for its specific role in the skincare routine.

The “4” refers to the four electrolyte PCA salts: Sodium PCA, Potassium PCA, Magnesium PCA, and Zinc PCA.

The “+” represents the complementary actives incorporated into each product, allowing the Ionic range to share a hydration-focused foundation while providing distinct cleansing, serum, and moisturizing care.

Multi-Peptide Serum provides peptide-focused care alongside hydration, with ingredients selected to support the appearance of skin texture and uneven tone.

Start with Ionic Cleansing Gel and rinse thoroughly. Apply your serum, then Ionic Peptide Gel Cream.

If using both serums, apply Ionic Serum first, followed by Multi-Peptide Serum, then the cream. In the morning, finish with sunscreen. Follow the directions on each product’s label.

Yes. They can be used in the same routine: Ionic Serum first, Multi-Peptide Serum next, then Ionic Peptide Gel Cream. Either serum can also be used on its own as your serum step.

You do not need to introduce both at once. Add new products individually and adjust the routine according to your skin’s tolerance.

After your workout, use Ionic Cleansing Gel to remove sweat, excess oil, and daily impurities, then follow with your serum and moisturizer.

For outdoor exercise, use sunscreen appropriate for your activity and follow its directions for application and reapplication, including after sweating. Your skincare routine does not replace sun protection.

Yes. The cleanser, serums, and gel cream in our US routine do not replace sunscreen. Apply sunscreen as the final step of your morning skincare routine and follow its label directions.

Ionic Shield SPF50+ is not available through our US store and is not included in our US bundles.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and sealed. Please obtain return instructions before sending anything back.

You pay the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. There is no restocking fee.
