Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Imperial Atlantic LLC, trading as Esteem USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates us.esteemskinactives.com and its related shopping, customer-support, and marketing services (the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information, and the choices available to you. Shopify hosts our store and provides technology supporting the Services.

This policy covers our US Store. The separate global storefront and other retailers have their own privacy practices.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Imperial Atlantic LLC
7901 4th St N, STE 300
St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA

Email: us.support@esteemskinactives.com
Customer care: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time.

Contact us with privacy questions, requests, or complaints. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, identity documents, or sensitive medical records by ordinary email.

This is our business mailing address, not a designated product-return facility.

2. Personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we collect the following categories:

  • Contact and account information: Your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, account identifiers, and account preferences.
  • Order and transaction information: Products viewed or purchased, cart activity, order history, payment status, delivery details, returns, refunds, and discounts.
  • Payment information: Information needed to process payments through Shopify and payment providers. Payment providers handle payment credentials; the information available to us depends on the payment service used.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device details, cookie or similar identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, referral sources, pages visited, and interactions with our store or advertising.
  • Communications and submitted content: Customer-service messages, inquiries, feedback, reviews, ratings, and photographs or videos you choose to provide.
  • Marketing and partnership information: Communication preferences, campaign interactions, and information provided when participating in affiliate, creator, or collaboration programs.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your interactions with the Services, and from providers supporting payments, delivery, reviews, analytics, advertising, and other store functions.

3. How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

  • Process payments, fulfill orders, deliver products, and handle returns or refunds.
  • Manage accounts and provide customer support.
  • Communicate about orders, service requests, and important policy changes.
  • Collect and display reviews.
  • Understand store performance and improve products, content, and the shopping experience.
  • Send marketing communications and measure or personalize advertising, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
  • Administer affiliate and creator relationships.
  • Detect fraud, protect accounts, secure our systems, and enforce lawful terms.
  • Maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and respond to lawful requests.

Placing an order does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing or tracking that requires separate consent.

4. Customer feedback and skin-related information

You may choose to describe a skin concern when contacting us. We use that information to respond to your inquiry. Please avoid providing diagnoses, medical records, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

We may use combined, de-identified themes from customer feedback and inquiries to guide product improvements, educational material, and advertising content. We do not use identifiable skin concerns or health information to create advertising audiences.

We do not publish identifiable private messages, customer photographs, or private testimonials in advertising without separate permission. Removing a name alone does not necessarily make a story anonymous.

Where we use information as de-identified information, we take reasonable steps to prevent it from being linked back to an individual and do not attempt to re-identify it, except where permitted by applicable law.

5. Service providers and other disclosures

We disclose information as needed to providers supporting the Services, including:

  • Shopify: Store hosting, checkout, accounts, payments, analytics, and related platform features.
  • Payment providers: Payment processing, fraud prevention, and refunds.
  • Shipping and fulfillment providers: Order preparation, tracking, and delivery, including tools such as ShipStation and the carriers handling your shipment.
  • Judge.me: Collection, administration, and display of product reviews.
  • Marketing and analytics providers: Advertising measurement, analytics, communications, and personalization, including Meta and TikTok.
  • Affiliate and creator tools: Services such as UpPromote and Shopify Collabs when you participate in relevant programs.
  • Professional and technical providers: Hosting, security, legal, accounting, and other business-support services.

We may also disclose information when you direct or authorize us to do so; to comply with law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, or security; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.

Related companies receive information where necessary for a disclosed purpose. Visiting a link to the separate global store does not itself transfer your US order to that seller.

6. Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence

Shopify collects and processes information about your access to and use of the Services to operate and improve its platform.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store. This feature allows Shopify to use information from interactions with our store together with information from other Shopify merchants to support services, personalization, and advertising.

For some of these activities, Shopify processes information for its own purposes and is responsible for responding to requests concerning that processing.

Read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and visit the Shopify Privacy Portal for further information and available choices.

7. Cookies, advertising pixels, and analytics

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the store, remember preferences, understand activity, measure campaigns, and personalize advertising.

Advertising technologies, including Meta and TikTok pixels, may disclose identifiers, IP addresses, device information, browsing activity, product interactions, and purchase-event information to those providers. Third parties may collect information about online activity over time and across different websites.

Our website also includes embedded content, such as TikTok videos. Loading embedded content may communicate device and activity information to the provider even if you do not visit its website directly.

We do not sell customer lists for money. However, disclosures through advertising pixels and platform features may constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws.

Use Your Privacy Choices or email us to exercise applicable opt-out rights. Cookie controls, where displayed, provide additional choices. You may also block or delete cookies through your browser, although some store functions may be affected.

Where required by applicable law, we recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out signal for qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. GPC differs from the older Do Not Track (DNT) browser setting, which we do not treat as an opt-out by itself.

Choices may need to be applied separately on different browsers or devices. An advertising opt-out does not necessarily remove all advertising or prevent processing needed to fulfill an order.

8. Reviews and public content

When you submit a review, your chosen display name, rating, review text, and any submitted photographs or videos may become publicly visible through our review services.

Your email address is used for review administration and is not intended for public display. Avoid including contact details, sensitive health information, or another person’s personal information in a review.

Contact us if you wish to request correction or removal of personal information in submitted content. We will handle the request in accordance with applicable law.

9. Marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Where we send marketing text messages, you may follow the opt-out instructions provided in those messages.

We obtain consent where required. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary order confirmations, delivery updates, responses to your requests, or other service communications.

10. Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilling orders, managing customer relationships, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

Retention periods vary by record type, purpose, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to lawful exceptions and backup-retention processes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to our business, you may have rights to:

  • Know whether we process your personal information and obtain access to it.
  • Receive information about its collection, use, and disclosure.
  • Obtain a portable copy.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion.
  • Opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
  • Limit or control certain uses of sensitive personal information.
  • Appeal a decision concerning your request.

These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. We do not use automated profiling to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about store customers.

To submit a request, email us.support@esteemskinactives.com. For supported advertising opt-outs, you can also use Your Privacy Choices.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We will not require verification where applicable law prohibits it.

We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any permitted extension or denial. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If your request is denied, reply with “Privacy Appeal” and explain your concern. We will review appeals where applicable and provide the information required by law. You may also contact your state attorney general or other competent regulator.

12. California residents

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to our business, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain personal information; opt out of sale or sharing; limit qualifying uses of sensitive personal information; and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination, subject to statutory exceptions.

The categories of information, sources, purposes, recipients, and retention criteria described above explain our general practices. Applicable notices at collection and any additional California disclosures supplement this policy.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information about individuals under 16.

13. Children

The Services are directed to adults and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

14. International processing and external websites

Shopify and other providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live. Where legally required, appropriate safeguards apply to international transfers.

External websites and services have their own privacy policies. This policy does not govern their independent practices.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy and update the date above.

For material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Where law requires notice or consent before applying a change, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent.
