These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of us.esteemskinactives.com (the “US Store”), operated by Imperial Atlantic LLC (“Esteem Skin Actives,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented to you at checkout. These Terms do not waive rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

This is our business mailing address. Please contact us for return instructions before mailing products; this address is not designated as a returns facility.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live to place an order, or order with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and protect your account credentials. Do not use the US Store unlawfully, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or access systems without authorization.
3. Products and skincare information
We aim to describe products, sizes, ingredients, and availability accurately. Screen colors and packaging appearance may differ. Read the current product label and directions before use. Results vary; product information and educational content do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or replace professional medical advice. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate care. Nothing here limits remedies for defective or misdescribed goods.
The US Store offers only products available for sale through this store. A link to esteemskinactives.com takes you to a separate global storefront; its seller, availability, checkout terms, and fulfillment arrangements may differ.
4. Pricing, currency, taxes, and payment
Our base prices are in US dollars (USD). Where a local currency is offered, the currency and total shown at checkout govern the transaction. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. Your payment provider may charge conversion or international transaction fees outside our control. Discounts apply only under their stated conditions.
Prices may change prospectively. If we identify a material pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected unfulfilled items, subject to applicable law. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
5. Orders, availability, and bundles
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may decline an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, or inability to serve the destination, and refund payments for items we cannot supply.
Ionic Duo Set, Ionic Bundle Set, and Complete 4-Product Bundle use the same component inventory as individual products. A set or promotional bundle includes the items and quantities described in its offer and order details; stock availability can change as individual products or bundles sell. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.
6. Shipping and delays
Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch, delivery estimates, available destinations, charges, and how to contact us about a shipment. Order-specific shipping information is provided during ordering. We will ship within the stated period or, if none is stated, within the time required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, generally 30 days after a properly completed order. If we cannot ship on time, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation/refund options and obtain consent where required. Contact us promptly about a missing or damaged shipment. These Terms do not shift losses to you where applicable law makes us responsible.
7. Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy describes the applicable return process and conditions: request an eligible change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days of delivery for unopened, unused, sealed products. Customers pay return postage, and original delivery charges are nonrefundable for those returns unless law requires otherwise. Eligible change-of-mind refunds are issued within 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned products, including inspection, or sooner where required by law. Shorter statutory refund deadlines remain applicable. Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation; we cannot guarantee changes after processing. Any policy restrictions are subject to mandatory rights and remedies, including for defective, damaged, or incorrect goods and legally required refunds. Do not send returns to our business mailing address without instructions.
8. Recurring purchases
A one-time order does not authorize recurring charges. Any future subscription offer must disclose its price, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms before enrollment, obtain the required consent, and provide cancellation as required by applicable law. Separate terms presented for that offer will apply.
9. Intellectual property, reviews, and third-party services
The US Store’s branding and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping; other copying or commercial reuse requires permission unless allowed by law. Reviews must reflect your honest experience. Please clearly disclose any material connection, such as employment, ownership, a free product, or payment connected with your review. You retain ownership of your submitted content and grant us a nonexclusive license to display and reproduce it for the purpose for which you submitted it. Tagging us alone does not grant unrestricted advertising rights. We do not prohibit honest reviews, penalize negative feedback, or condition remedies on deleting a negative review. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, unrelated, privacy-infringing, or demonstrably false content; disagreement with an opinion alone is not a reason to remove it.
Shopify hosts our store. External websites, videos, payment services, and social platforms have their own terms. Links do not make us the operator of those services.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain personal information and tracking practices. Acknowledging these Terms is not consent to optional marketing or tracking where separate consent is required.
11. Disclaimers and liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access or identical skincare results for every person. Any exclusion of warranties or limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, personal injury caused by a defective product where protected by law, or any mandatory consumer warranty or remedy. No provision creates a forced arbitration agreement or class-action waiver.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Florida law and applicable US federal law, except where mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. This request does not prevent you from filing a complaint, using an available small-claims court, or pursuing other legal remedies. No exclusive forum is imposed where it would restrict a nonwaivable consumer right.
13. Changes and interpretation
Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date; the version accepted when you ordered governs that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. These Terms and applicable order-specific terms form the agreement for your purchase.
